Thank you for shopping at AJ King Store. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) GMT may be processed the following business day. During busy periods (such as sales or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or forwarding addresses. If you are outside the UK, please contact us at info@ajkingstore.com to enquire about international shipping availability.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery to remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands may take 1–2 additional business days.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive this email.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@ajkingstore.com.

Late or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Under UK consumer law, if your order does not arrive within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund. We will always work to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.

AJ King Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to support you in resolving these situations.

Incorrect delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. AJ King Store is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@ajkingstore.com — we will do our best to amend it before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once the order has been picked up by the courier.

Damaged items in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately and contact us at info@ajkingstore.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Lithium battery shipping notice

Some of our products contain rechargeable lithium batteries. These are shipped in full compliance with UN38.3 and MSDS regulations and are certified safe for standard postal and courier services within the United Kingdom. All applicable safety regulations are observed during packaging and dispatch.
