At AJ King Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a return request.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or are not in their original condition
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery (unless faulty)
  • Items without proof of purchase

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back:

  1. Email us at info@ajkingstore.com or call +44 741 283 3205 with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Return shipping costs

  • Faulty or incorrect items: AJ King Store will cover the cost of return shipping
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return postage costs

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please contact us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@ajkingstore.com and we will arrange this for you.

Faulty or damaged items

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days of purchase
  • A repair or replacement after 30 days (if a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued)

Please contact us immediately with photos of the fault or damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
